Esomelo provides a comprehensive school management platform that includes features for student records, attendance tracking, fee management, exam management, communication tools, and more. The service is available both online and offline through our mobile and web applications.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

Esomelo operates on a subscription model charged per term or teaching session. Payment is required before the start of each term to maintain access to the service. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current subscription period.
Esomelo automatically collects and receives certain information from your computer or mobile device, including the activities you perform on our Website, the Platforms, and the Applications, the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system or browser), and information obtained from cookies. For example, each time you visit the Website or otherwise use the Services, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, access times, the web page from which you came, the regions from which you navigate the web page, and the web page(s) you access (as applicable).

Under no circumstances shall Esomelo be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Esomelo or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Esomelo Landing Page uses tracking technology on the landing page, in the Applications, and in the Platforms, including mobile application identifiers and a unique user ID to help us recognize you across different Services, to monitor usage and web traffic routing for the Services, and to customize and improve the Services. By visiting Esomelo or using the Services you agree to the use of cookies in your browser and HTML-based emails. The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bodastage Solutions and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Uganda and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bodastage Solutions.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
